Return Policy

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON THIS SITE.. Please read our exchange policy
below before purchasing.
 
Exchange Policy
 
Exchanges may be made only if your product is eligible. (Please see list below) We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged, or had the tags removed. If an item we receive for exchange has been worn, the tags removed, or the item deemed unacceptable for exchange, there will be a 20% acceptance fee incurred in addition to restocking fees and shipping charges. We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for product must be in tact and not damaged in any way. Unique Boutique LLC is only able to exchange for another item from the same manufacturer as originally purchased. Please note: Defective items will be replaced by the manufacturer.

Coupons and Price Match Guarantee do not apply to exchange orders.

Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of receipt of product(s) and have a Return for Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned.

Exchange merchandise must be received within 8 business day after an RMA number has been issued.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:  NORIKO, RENE OF PARIS,  and ALL LAST CALL & CLEARANCE ITEMS.

Exchange policies are mandated by the manufacturer. We have no authority to change this policy. Any items returned without an exchange authorization number (RMA) will be refused by hairtogo.net

If you're eligible for an exchange please proceed and read the following instructions:

Request for Exchange

To request an RMA number you must e-mail your request to sales@hairtogo.net

You will receive your RMA number via e-mail including your restocking fee, return shipping address, and instructions.

Please note that your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box or the package will not be accepted!

Inside your package, please list the following:

Your original order number. *This is very important.

The reason for your exchange and the replacement style name, number, and color of your replacement piece.

Your ship to address and phone number.

Note: Exchanges may only be made for another wig or hairpiece made by the same manufacturer as the piece being exchanged. Only one (1) exchange is allowed per order. The manufacturer's restocking fee is $15 per piece for synthetic items and 20% per piece for human hair items. Your shipping charge is equal to the method of shipping you originally requested. If an item we receive for exchange has been worn, the tags removed, or the item deemed unacceptable for exchange, there will be a 20% acceptance fee incurred in addition to restocking fees and shipping charges.
 

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE: NORIKO, RENE OF PARIS, HENRY MARGU,  EXTRAVA-GANZA by HAIRUWEAR, and ALL LAST CALL & CLEARANCE ITEMS OR SALE ITEMS, HUMAN HAIR OR SYNTHETIC HAIR EXTENSIONS BY ANY MANUFACTURER.

This is a manufacturer's policy and we have no authority over this policy. Any items returned without an exchange authorization number (RMA) will be refused by wigs.com

Cancellation Fees

Unique Boutique LLC will charge you a $25 PER ITEM cancellation fee if your order is returned to us because of a bad address, refused upon delivery, or if not cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please check your address before finalizing your order!

Note: We need your accurate billing name, address and phone, shipping name, address and phone, and EMAIL ADDRESS. If we cannot contact you about a problem, your order will not be processed in a timely manner.

Store Credits

We do not issue any cash, check or credit card refunds. Credits are issued through online credit vouchers only. These vouchers are valid for purchase of any of the items in our collection at www.hairtogo.net

Back Orders

Hairtogo.net or Unique Boutiquew are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacture or any shipper or any delay caused by a backorder status at the manufacturer level. If a backorder status occurs  on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as it becomes availabl!  Once shipped, and  you don't receive it in a reasonable length of time, please let us know!  Email us at sales@hairtogo.net
